I'm sharing the ‘FAMOUS’ Southern Slam Crispy Panko Batter. Nothing beats a batter that is light, crispy, and made with beer! Beer adds more than just a great taste. The carbonation that comes from the beer helps give that extra crunchy texture after being fried.
Also, I’m including a Cilantro Lime Slaw that is a perfect topping for any fish tacos. This recipe is simple, fresh, and sure to be a favorite!
